Pensioner relative with ten year old Audi Estate had botched repair at a Hucknall MOT station and needed further specialist work. On the recommendation of a third party the car was relocated to AR Automotive Services who undertook thorough examination and investigation, diagnosed issues and quoted for remedial repair giving a top and bottom price. Allowed the car owner a couple of days to consider his position being very sympathetic as to his circumstances given the cost and were happy to store car during this period. Repair was authorised and carried out quickly and successfully as well as giving detailed report on likely future issues. From first attendance at AR premises one couldn't help but be impressed with the set up. Very orderly, disciplined approach, with immaculate well ordered workshops. We noted vehicles in workshops had padded covers on their body panels in the areas being worked on as protection from scratches/grease etc. We received regular updates regarding progress and the car was successfully repaired passed its MOT and the final bill was reasonable and well below the top price quoted. We cannot praise AR Automotive Services enough. Very reassuring, impressive service from Rob who is clearly a very knowledgeable and experienced technician and great customer relations from Rio. This has been a first rate customer experience and we highly recommend this establishment.

Had a AC with my audi which they sorted out for me and other issues which came up on the diagnostic check. The staff were friendly and informative and the quote i was given was the price i paid. Very pleased with the service i got.

Absolutely fantastic experience trusting my car to this awesome mechanic. Great advice given, thorough diagnostics conducted, no guess work, fantastic service, kept fully informed of all procedures and very, very reasonably priced for a VAG mechanic.

I definitely wont be taking my car anywhere else and an absolutely gem of a find.

Took my A3 in, Bob was an absolute gentleman, explained to me all the issue and what needed to be done and showed me where the issue was.

100% my main garage from now and would strongly recommend to anyone.

Brilliant mechanic! I take my Volvo XC60 here for services, and anything in between, they really take the time diagnose issues and fix them properly.

After being recommended by a colleague I used Rob to diagnose and repair noisy suspension issues on my Audi A6 All Road. He gave me a detailed analysis and resolved the issue with ease. The vehicle was new to me so he also shared valuable advise about preventative maintenance and common issues. Highly recommend Rob for any VAG work!
